Northern Lights Hunting in Alaska

After an experience of seeing the northern lights in the Arctic Circle in Finland, I knew I needed to see them again. In 2014, I traveled with my family and wife to Alaska to hopefully see the aurora borealis again. Not only did we see them every night, but one night in particular, February 28th, offered the greatest intensity of the winter… It definitely made the -25 temperatures an afterthought.
